Dual plane αυξητική σε σκαφοειδές στέρνο!
Αυτή η ασθενής μου γεννήθηκε με σκαφοειδές στέρνο που αποτελεί τη πιο συχνή διαμαρτία του θωρακικού τοιχώματος (90%) 🤔
👉Σε αυτούς του ασθενείς το στέρνο “μπαίνει προς τα μέσα” σε σχέση με τις υπόλοιπες πλευρές και γι’ αυτό ονομάζεται και θώρακας των υποδηματοποιών!
🔝Σε αυτή την ασθενή η τοποθέτηση των ενθεμάτων έγινε με τη dual plane τεχνική και η τοποθέτησή τους βοήθησε στο να καλύψει την εμβάθυνση του στέρνου
